• Exchange API keys: read and trade permissions only — never withdrawal permissions. Stored encrypted.
• Usage data: trading activity, strategy subscriptions, performance metrics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, cookies.
• Payment data: processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Operate the copy-trading service and execute trades on your connected exchange account.
• Process subscription payments and performance fees.
• Send service-related notifications, security alerts, and product updates.
• Improve our strategies, algorithms, and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Funds Stay on Your Exchange

PiPi.bot is non-custodial. Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times. We never have access to withdraw, move, or hold your assets. We only place trade orders via API.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) connected exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, BingX, KuCoin) to execute trades; (b) payment processors; (c) cloud infrastructure providers; (d) regulators when legally required.

6. Security

API keys are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit, 2FA for account access, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and enable 2FA.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@pipi.bot to exercise these rights.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure to comply with financial regulations. You can request earlier deletion subject to legal requirements.
