Terms of Service — PiPi.bot

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PiPi.bot website, Telegram bot, dashboard, APIs, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by SayHi Inc. ("SayHi", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, connecting an exchange, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

⚠️ Not available to U.S. residents

PiPi.bot is not offered to, and may not be used by, residents or citizens of the United States of America or persons located in the United States, U.S. territories, or any jurisdiction where the Service is restricted by law. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. resident, U.S. citizen, U.S. tax resident, or otherwise a "U.S. person" as defined under applicable U.S. regulations, and that you are not accessing the Service from the United States.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading services to use PiPi.bot. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. The Service

PiPi.bot provides automated copy-trading of pre-defined algorithmic strategies on supported cryptocurrency exchanges (such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, BingX, KuCoin). The Service places orders on your exchange account using API keys you provide. Your funds always remain on your exchange — SayHi does not custody, hold, or have withdrawal access to your assets.

3. API Keys & Account Security

You are responsible for creating exchange API keys with the correct permissions (trading enabled, withdrawals disabled) and for keeping your Telegram and exchange accounts secure. SayHi is not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials, incorrect API permissions, or unauthorized access to your accounts.

4. Fees

Use of the Service requires a subscription fee (currently starting at $20 per month) and a performance fee (currently 20%) calculated on net profits using a high-water mark. Fees are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives is highly risky and may result in the loss of all funds in your trading account. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Algorithmic strategies can underperform, malfunction, or behave unexpectedly during periods of high volatility, exchange downtime, or network congestion. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. PiPi.bot does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

6. No Guarantees

SayHi makes no representations or warranties about specific returns, profits, or outcomes. Strategy statistics shown on the website are historical and do not constitute a promise of future performance. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
access the Service from a restricted jurisdiction (including the United States);
attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayHi Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or trading capital, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to SayHi in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your exchange API keys at any time. SayHi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its discretion, including if you breach these Terms or if continued service would violate applicable law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SayHi Inc.'s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
